Since Gregory could hold a map, he's always dreamed of travel. For the first 15 years of his life, that was impossible due to chronic health issues and mounting medical bills. Now that Gregory has found his solution and is experiencing the best health of his life, he and his parents are achieving his dream of visiting every state. Follow our travels! Gregory, Annamarie, and Russell Longfellow. Simple folks with a passion for the Lord, our health, and helping others be introduced to both.

Our History |
Russell and Annamarie met in Southern CA when friends introduced them as Annamarie needed someone to help move furniture. After growing up with 6 brothers, Annamarie wasn't sure marriage was such a good idea. Russell won her over in a short amount of time. They were married in 1989 in the Candlelight Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, NV. After a trip to the San Diego Zoo in 1990, Gregory was born 9 months later in March of 1991.
We've lived in CA, FL, and hope we will be able to stay in our home in CO for a very long time. We are grateful Greg's health changed so dramatically so we have time to spend together visiting National Parks and Monuments. We enjoy travelling the back roads (Mom prefers the paved back roads with no hairpin turns or at least with ample guardrails) and seeing the sites most people don't. We love visiting little country museums and historic homes too. How well did your child sleep? Gregory slept about 4 out of 24 hours from birth to age 3 when he was given a prescription. After every immunization he developed high fevers and projectile vomiting, which the doctors assured me was normal. He walked at 10 months and was saying a few words but after every immunization his speech development and social activities declined. We started noticing Greg walking on tiptoes, giving very little eye contact, not wanting to be held or touched, food texture issues, bloated tummy, lack of sleep, delays communicating needs, and the list goes on............ How many hours have you spent in a doctor's office? We spent massive amounts of money going from doctor to doctor and tried all sorts of therapies. Up until age 15, we were basically taking care of all his needs. He could feed himself, get dressed when constantly attended, and he had a higher IQ than most peers but couldn't sit still to complete his school work. Every year the support at school increased but his skills did not. Have you tried diet changes? In 2006, we were introduced to a nutritional cleansing program that changed our family dynamics dramatically. Greg went from failing school to jamming out two years of school in one making honor grades. He was interacting appropriately with peers, elders, and young children. Eye contact!!! Greg now does chores for our family, cooks simple meals, is teaching himself Spanish and guitar, loves to draw, and is learning to take photographs. While he gets stressed with time limits, too many loud noises, and people that aren't calm - WOW! what a difference in our lives. There is NO magic bullet! Our family watches what goes in and on our bodies, and what we breathe. Exercise, sunshine, clean water, and what we watch or listen to are vital parts of our overall health. We were blessed when a friend introduced us to something that "might" make a difference in our son's quality of life. Our nutritional program is a part of our healthy lifestyle.
